I worked at the Menzies Cambridge & Golf Club **** as a Bar Person for my second Vatel Internship. Menzies is situated in Bar Hill, 20 minutes by bus from Cambridge. We received Business Guests and Golf Players. I learned how to deal with loyal guests, and how to anticipate their needs. I always tried to create a warm atmosphere, and suprise guests even if they had known the house for longer than I did.

The Alpen Ruitor Hotel ****, Méribel - France

From December 2009 To April 2010

At Vatel School I went on my first internship. The Alpen Ruitor Hotel **** was set up by the Fenestraz familly, like "Les Airelles *****" In Courcheval which is a leading Hotel in the world.

I was a trainee waitress for two months and I also worked as a Receptionist during my last two months there. I learned how to deliver high standard of service, even during the busiest periods.

The Crown is a small Pub in South Kensington, close to the Royal Brompton Hospital. I worked as a waitress and was responsible for more than ten tables. Sometimes when we were particularly busy, I would have to run over to the bar and serve a few pints of beer and glasses of Chardonay and then run to continue looking after my restaurant guests.

The Crown was a really wonderful experience. It was at this time that I decided to pursue a lifelong career in hospitality.
